Rumble Racing Simulators - Rentals

By booking or using our racing simulators, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms are designed to ensure the safety of participants, protection of equipment, and a fair experience for all customers.

 

1. Age Requirements

  • Participants must be 8 years of age or older to use the simulators.

  • Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to use the simulators unless accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

 

2. Rental Payment

  • Simulator rentals must be booked in advance.

  • Payment must be made in full before the session begins unless otherwise arranged.

  • Partial Refund of 80% will be refunded within 48hrs of confirmation if cancelled
    PLEASE NOTE: NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 48HOURS OF CONFIRMATION

 

3. Equipment Use

  • All equipment must be treated with care and respect.

  • Customers may not intentionally misuse, damage, or modify any simulator hardware or software.

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Steering wheels

    • Pedals

    • Seats

    • Monitors

    • Gaming PCs or consoles

  • Staff instructions must always be followed when using the equipment.

 

4. Damage Liability

  • Customers may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

  • Rumble Racing Simulators reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs where applicable.

 

5. Safety and Conduct

To ensure a safe environment for all guests:

Participants must not:

  • Use excessive force on steering wheels or pedals

  • Stand on equipment or simulator rigs

  • Engage in aggressive or disruptive behaviour

  • Be intoxicated before or during simulator use

Rumble Racing Simulators staff reserve the right to remove any participant from the premises without refund if they are behaving in an unsafe, abusive, or disruptive manner.

6. Health Disclaimer

Sim racing may cause motion sickness, dizziness, or discomfort in some individuals.

Participants should not use the simulators if they:

  • Are prone to severe motion sickness

  • Have medical conditions that could be aggravated by immersive simulation experiences

Participants use the simulators at their own risk.

7. Personal Belongings

Rumble Racing Simulators is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to site or shop

 

8. Photography and Media

Rumble Racing Simulators may occasionally take photos or videos during events or sessions for promotional or marketing purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in social media, website, or promotional content, unless you request otherwise.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours after payment confirmation the booking to qualify for a refund or reschedule.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations due to rule violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rumble Racing Simulators will not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during simulator use, except where required by law.

Participants agree that they use the simulators voluntarily and accept all associated risks.

​

11. Changes to Terms

Rumble Racing Simulators reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication,
clients/customers responsibility to stay up dated with our policies.
